My recent stay at SureStay Hotel By Best Western Ukiah was truly a mixed experience. the spacious room, perfect for my recovery from a broken ankle, was a definite highlight. the convenient location right off the highway made it easy for me to arrive late at night. the accommodating staff promptly moved me to a ground floor room when they heard about my heavy luggage. Although the jacuzzi was a letdown with its non-functional water jets and the inaccessible bathtub, the friendly service made up for these shortcomings. the hot tub in the room was a luxurious touch, and the staff went above and beyond to address any issues promptly. As a scuba diving enthusiast and marine conservationist, I appreciated the efforts towards sustainability and customer service at SureStay Hotel. the proximity to Lake Mendocino and Ukiah Golf Course also added to the appeal of the location, making it a potential option for future trips with diving buddies or fellow eco-conscious travelers. I would consider returning for another stay, especially if improvements are made to the jacuzzi and bath facilities to ensure a more comfortable and accessible experience for all guests.
